Wild Meadow Mail Club Details & FAQs

What is the Wild Meadow Mail Club?

The Wild Meadow Mail Club is a monthly mail subscription centered on art, horses, wildflowers, and everything that lives in the meadow. Original artwork, hand made and mailed directly by me, the artist. Each month you’ll receive a correspondence of exclusive art and printed pieces, meant to be experienced, opened slowly and  held in your hands.

This is a “mail art club” in the classic, old fashioned sense: a little piece of the studio arriving by post. Many of the works shared through the Mail Club are created exclusively for subscribers and released in intentionally limited quantities, forming a collectible body of work over time.

When will I receive my first mailing?
Subscriptions are open all month long. If you join anytime between the 1st and the last day of a month, your first mailing will be mailed by the end of the following month’s mail.

Mailings are sent out during that month, anytime from the 1st through the last day.

Example:
Join in January → receive the February mailing, sent by the end of February. (I will mail as soon as possible, but until I work out all the logistics of this new snail mail club, I need until the end of the following month for now.)

Billing

Subscriptions are billed through Wix Payments.

PayPal checkout isn’t available for recurring subscriptions but can still be used for shop items and samples.

Members Portal (Entering the Meadow)

Q: I can’t log in. What should I do?
Make sure you’re using the same email address you used at checkout. Many login issues come from using a different email.

Q: I forgot my password.
On the login page, click “Forgot Password”, enter your email, and follow the reset link sent to your inbox. Check spam or promotions just in case.

Q: I’m not sure I ever created a member account.
That’s okay. Some subscribers check out without creating a password.
Use “Forgot Password” anyway—if your email is on file, you’ll be prompted to set one.

Q: Why does my account say “Restricted” or I don’t have access?
This usually means your subscription is paused, expired, or inactive, or you’re logged in with the wrong email. Logging in with the correct email often fixes this instantly.

Q: I still can’t get in. What now?
Please reach out and include the email you believe you used and a screenshot if possible. I’m happy to help.

What is #WildMeadowSketchbook?
#WildMeadowSketchbook is the shared name for the gentle drawing practice included in the Wild Meadow Mail Club. Keepers use it when sharing sketches, sticker pages, or prompt responses inspired by the meadow, flowers, insects, seasons, and small quiet moments. It’s a way to connect, gather inspiration, and see how the same meadow is interpreted in many different hands.

Many subscribers use their mailings for:

  • Drawing inspiration

  • Journaling and reflection

  • Scrapbooking and memory keeping

  • Creative ideas or vision boards

  • Reminders to stop and smell the roses or reset when life feels loud

  • It’s a gentle time out from screens, something tangible to read, ponder, and return to whenever you need a slower moment.

Why are subscribers sometimes called “Wildflowers”?

Wildflowers” is a friendly name I use when speaking to and about members of the Wild Meadow Mail Club. Like wildflowers, each person arrives in their own season, grows in their own way, and adds something unique to the meadow. It’s simply a term of affection and community, no labels required, just a shared love of art, nature, and slower ways of creating.

How does the subscription work?

Subscriptions are purchased through my Wix website and renew automatically each month unless you cancel or pause. You can join anytime, your first mailing will begin with the next scheduled mailing cycle.

Yearly subscriptions (when available) are a one-time purchase and do not auto-renew.

2

Where do I manage my subscription?

After purchase, Wix emails you a link to your subscription portal. You can also log in to my website using the email you purchased with to access your account.

From your subscription portal, you can:

  • View your subscription

  • Update your shipping address

  • Pause or cancel

  • Manage payment method

  • Subscribers may change tiers without losing eligibility for Keeper of the Meadow, as long as their subscription remains active and uninterrupted for twelve consecutive months.

3

How do I cancel or pause my subscription on Wix?

  1. Log into your account on my website using the email you purchased with.

  2. Go to My Subscriptions.

  3. Select your Wild Meadow Mail Club subscription.

  4. Choose Pause or Cancel.

To affect the upcoming month, changes must be made before your next billing date.

If anything is confusing or you’d rather not wrestle with buttons, you can message me and I’ll point you to the right place.

6

What are Sample Editions?

Sample Editions are one time, non-subscription purchases created as a way to try a tier before subscribing.

  • Samples do not auto renew

  • Quantities are limited

  • Sample purchases do not count toward Founding 100 or Keeper of the Meadow

5

What’s the difference between the tiers?

Each tier builds on the previous one. The “What’s Included” list on each product page shows exactly what is inside that tier’s monthly mailing.

7

What is the Founding 100?

The first 100 active Wild Meadow Mail Club subscribers from all four tiers combined are recognized as Founding Members and receive a commemorative keepsake created exclusively for this early circle.

Tier 4 Founding Members receive an exclusive enamel pin.

Founding status is limited and will not be repeated.

8

What is Keeper of the Meadow?

Subscribers who remain active for twelve consecutive months earn the title Keeper of the Meadow and receive a special badge of recognition.

This honor celebrates long-term support and the quiet commitment of collecting slowly, month after month.

4

When do mailings go out?

Mailings are prepared and sent once per month.

The current mailing window is shared through the private community, Wild Meadow newsletter and occasional shop updates.

This is a slow mail by design, created with care, not rushed.

9

How is the mail sent?

  • Tiers 1–3 ship as stamped mail (no tracking)

  • Tier 4 ships as a tracked and insured package.

10

Can I buy past Mail Club editions?

  • Occasionally, yes, but availability is limited.

  • Most Mail Club editions are created in small quantities for subscribers and are not restocked. From time to time, a small number of past items or pieces from earlier mailings may become available, typically in limited quantities and often offered to subscribers first.

  • When past Mail Club pieces are released, updates are shared through the Wild Meadow Newsletter and shop announcements.

  • Because of the nature of small-batch art mail, many editions remain exclusive to their original month.

11

Can I switch tiers later?

  • Yes. You can switch tiers at any time by canceling your current tier and subscribing to a new one.

  • If you’re working toward Keeper of the Meadow and want to keep your 12-month streak intact, please contact me first so I can help you time it smoothly.

12

Can I gift a subscription?

  • Yes, this makes a beautiful gift. Purchase as normal and enter the recipient’s mailing address at checkout. If you’d like the gift to begin at a specific time, contact me and I’ll help you plan it.

13

Who is this for?

  • The Wild Meadow Mail Club is for collectors who love tactile mail, slow art, and meaningful moments. If you enjoy horses, wildflowers, seasonal atmosphere, and the comfort of receiving something real in your hands, you’re in the right place.

  • Many members use their mailings for journaling, scrapbooking, memory keeping, or creative inspiration, while others simply keep and revisit each piece over time. However you choose to enjoy it, the experience is meant to be unhurried, personal, and grounding.

14

Can I buy exclusive prints released through the Mail Club separately?

  • Most artwork released through the Wild Meadow Mail Club is created exclusively for subscribers and is not available for separate purchase in the same form.

  • Occasionally, a piece may be released later in a different format, size, or edition, but Mail Club editions are intentionally limited and reserved for members first. When additional releases do happen, subscribers are always notified before any public availability.

  • The Mail Club is the primary way to receive these works as part of a cohesive, collectible series.

15

How long will it take to receive my mailings?

  • Mailings are sent once per month, and your first mailing will be sent the month following your subscription sign-up.

  • Because each edition is curated and prepared by hand, there is no fixed mailing date. Once mailed, delivery time depends on postal transit:

  • U.S. subscribers (Tiers 1–3): typically arrive within 5–10 business days after mailing

  • Wildflower Meadow (Tier 4): sent with tracking and insurance; delivery times vary by location

  • International subscribers (Tiers 1–3): delivery times vary by country and may take several weeks

  • Updates about mailing progress are shared through the Wild Meadow Newsletter and occasional shop announcements.

16

What if I do not receive my mailing or it arrives damaged?

  • If your mailing does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact me so I can help.

  • For Tiers 1–3, mail is sent as stamped mail without tracking. While most pieces arrive safely, once stamped mail enters the postal system, it cannot be traced. If a mailing appears to be lost or arrives damaged, I’ll do my best to assist based on availability and the circumstances.

  • For Wildflower Meadow (Tier 4), mailings are sent with tracking and insurance within the U.S. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, it can be investigated through the carrier.

  • If your address changes or you notice an issue with a delivery, please reach out as soon as possible so future mailings aren’t affected.

  • The Wild Meadow Mail Club is created and mailed with care, and I truly appreciate your patience and understanding with the nature of hand sent, snail mail.

17

Can I subscribe mid-month, and when will I be charged?

  • Yes, you may subscribe at any time.

  • When you sign up, your subscription begins immediately, and your first mailing will be sent the following month as part of the next scheduled mailing cycle. You won’t miss out by joining mid-month,each edition is prepared intentionally and not tied to a specific calendar day.

  • Billing occurs at the time of subscription and renews monthly unless paused or canceled.

19

Are the artworks in the Mail Club different from what’s available in your shop?

  • Yes. Much of the artwork shared through the Wild Meadow Mail Club is created specifically for subscribers and released in limited editions that are not offered publicly in the same form.

  • Occasionally, an image may appear later in a different size, format, or edition, but Mail Club releases are designed to be part of a cohesive, collectible series created first, and sometimes only, for members.

  • The Mail Club is the primary place where this body of work is shared.

18

What happens if my payment fails?

  • If a payment fails, Wix will automatically attempt to process it again and notify you by email so you can update your payment information.

  • If payment is not successfully completed and the subscription becomes inactive, the upcoming mailing may be affected. Once payment is resolved and the subscription is active again, future mailings will resume as normal.

  • If you ever have questions or need help correcting a payment issue, you’re welcome to reach out.

20

How do the giveaways work?

  • From time to time, original artworks or special pieces are included as giveaways within the Wild Meadow Mail Club.

  • These are offered as surprises and are not guaranteed each month. Eligibility for giveaways varies by tier, with higher tiers occasionally receiving additional opportunities or exclusive giveaways.

  • Giveaways are created during the Mail Club process and shared organically as part of the experience. When a giveaway is offered, eligible subscribers are automatically considered, there’s nothing you need to do to enter.

  • These moments are meant to feel like an unexpected kindness rather than a scheduled feature..

21

What if I move or change my address?

  • You can update your mailing address at any time through your Wix account.

  • Please be sure to update your address before the next billing cycle so the upcoming mailing is sent to the correct location. Address changes made after a mailing has been sent cannot be applied retroactively.

  • If you have any questions or need help updating your information, you’re always welcome to reach out.

22

Do you ship internationally?

  • International subscribers are welcome for Tiers 1–3

  • Tier 4 is currently U.S. only (tracked + insured)

  • International collectors interested in Tier 4 may contact me directly to discuss shipping based on country.

  • Check back since I am currently verifying International shipping costs for the heavier Tier #4.

23

Are there digital downloads included?

Occasionally, gentle digital downloads may be shared as a bonus, such as printable pages, reference sheets, or seasonal extras connected to the Wild Meadow. These are optional additions meant to complement the physical mail, not replace it. The heart of the Mail Club will always be tangible paper goods, artwork, and letters sent through the post.
