1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
A replacement or refund may be offered depending on availability.

2. Returns

Returns must be sent back within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be in original condition and packaging.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective.

3. Custom and Commissioned Artwork

Custom and commissioned artwork is non-refundable once work has begun or materials have been purchased.

4. Digital Products

Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered.

4. Incorrect Addresses

Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer are not eligible for free replacements or refunds.
