Please make sure your mailing address is correct before your next payment is processed.

If your mailing has not arrived within two weeks after the end of its scheduled month, please contact me so I can send a replacement.
Example: If you pay in January, you will receive the February mailing. If it has not arrived by the second week of March, please let me know.
International Mailings: Monthly subscriptions are currently available within the United States only. For members outside the US, 6 month and 12 month subscriptions are available as one time purchases.
Please contact me with your complete mailing address for a shipping quote.
Tracking will be provided. The recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or additional fees charged by their country. Month-to-month international subscriptions are temporarily unavailable while tariffs, customs requirements, and postal costs remain uncertain.
What is the Wild Meadow Mail Club?
The Wild Meadow Mail Club is a monthly happy mail subscription inspired by horses, wildflowers, and the quiet beauty of the meadow.
Each mailing is created and assembled by me in my studio and filled with my artwork, letters, paper goods, creative activities, and occasional surprises.
Many pieces are created especially for Wild Meadow subscribers, with new artwork and designs added throughout the year.

Can I try Wild Meadow without subscribing?
Yes. One Time Mystery Mail is available for anyone who would like to experience Wild Meadow without starting a subscription. Mystery Mail may be a complete extra from a previous mailing or a mix of available pieces from different months, themes, and seasons. Each one is assembled to match the contents of the selected Mystery Mail tier.
Mystery Mail does not include subscriber-only benefits.
Do I need a free site account?
Yes. To access the Subscriber Portal, create a free site account using the same email address associated with your Wild Meadow subscription.
What can I do in the Subscriber Portal?
The Subscriber Portal is available to active Wild Meadow Mail Club subscribers.
Once logged in, you can:
• Manage your subscription
• Skip or cancel before your next billing date
• Update your address & number
• Read subscriber updates (most answers on status here)
• Access subscriber only content and special perks
When will I receive my first mailing?
Join anytime during the month and your first mailing will be part of the following month's mailing.
For example:
Join in January → Receive the February mailing by end of February
Join in June → Receive the July mailing by end of July
Mailings are prepared and sent by end of each mailing month. Keep in mind postal delays so it is possible to receive your mailing a week to two weeks after that.
How are Wild Meadow mailings shipped?
Wild Meadow is sent as stamped mail without tracking.
The Wild Meadow Mail Club currently ships within the United States only.
What is #WildMeadowSketchbook?
#WildMeadowSketchbook is our shared creative hashtag for sketches, journaling, nature observations, and creative moments inspired by the meadow.
There are no rules or expectations. It's simply an invitation to create and share if you'd like.
What are Founding Members?
The first 100 Wild Meadow subscribers receive a special Founding Member keepsake created for this early group of the Mail Club.
What is Keeper of the Meadow?
Subscribers who remain active for 12 consecutive months earn the title Keeper of the Meadow and receive a special badge of recognition.
Why are members called Wildflowers?
Because every wildflower blooms in its own time and in its own way.
It's simply a term of affection for this community of horse lovers, nature lovers, artists, dreamers, and those who still enjoy a little old-fashioned mail.
Can I cancel or skip anytime?
Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be skipped or canceled through your Subscriber Portal before your next billing date.
Annual subscriptions may be canceled before the next annual renewal. No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods.
